We started Mtschat in Singapore in May 2025 with three convictions: automation should run on official APIs, never on shared passwords; it should only ever reply to people who reached out first; and every creator — not only the ones on expensive plans — should get every feature.

Mtschat began with a simple frustration: watching good creators lose sales to unanswered comments, and seeing the only tools on offer ask for their Instagram password. The answer was a product built entirely on official APIs, with every feature available to everyone from day one.
Today the team in Singapore is focused on one thing — making Instagram conversations convert, safely — before taking the same care to new channels.
