An active contact is a person your automations have interacted with during the current billing period. People who never reach you don’t count.
Are any features locked to higher plans?
No. Every plan, including Free, includes every feature. Plans differ only in active contacts, channels, seats and support level.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like from your account settings. You won’t lose your contacts, flows or history.
What happens if I go over my contact limit?
We let you know before you reach it, so you can upgrade or tidy up your contacts. We never stop mid-conversation without warning.
