Know which DMsactually drive results
Every automation and broadcast reports the same four numbers: runs, link clicks, click-through rate and recorded conversions. See what’s working and change what isn’t.
Example dashboard. Figures are illustrative and do not represent any customer’s results.
Four numbers that tell the story
Simple enough to read at a glance, specific enough to act on.
Runs
How many times an automation started — each keyword comment, story reply or DM that triggered it.
Link clicks
How many people opened the link you sent. The clearest sign that a message was worth reading.
Click-through rate
Link clicks as a share of runs. Use it to compare posts, keywords and broadcast versions fairly.
Recorded conversions
The outcomes you care about — a sign-up, an order, a booked call — recorded against the automation that led to them.
From numbers to next steps
Insights is most useful when it changes what you do next. A few ways to use it:
- High runs, low clicks? People want it, but the DM isn’t convincing. Rewrite the message or the button label.
- Two keywords, one offer? Compare their CTR to see which wording your audience responds to.
- Broadcast versions? Read the A/B/C/D results side by side and reuse the winner in your flows.
- Clicks but no conversions? The DM is working — look at the page it links to.
- Changed a flow? Compare before and after, and use version history to roll back if needed.
Send your data where you work
Push contacts and events to HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Shopify or Google Sheets, or pull them through the REST API and signed webhooks.
